Bathroom is very long but lacks storage/counter space. Surprisingly had a huge walk-in closet which was nice to hide luggage away in. The room was an ok size and the separate seating area helped it feel larger but the space between the bed and the wall is actually quite tight. The hotel is relatively new and everything is still in great condition. Every employee we interacted with was very nice and helpful. Can't imagine how much fun that would be in the middle of winter. The hotel should not be calling this "on-site" parking if I'm walking 2-3 blocks back to the hotel. The first night, I had to go to a second parking garage even further away to find an open spot. Those are a mess of mostly reserved spaces belonging to nearby condo owners, with nothing specifically reserved for the hotel. It's advertised as "on-site" but in actuality is in one of the parking garages across the street (caddy-corner really). My first major complaint is the parking situation. Recently stayed here while visiting family in the area. Street front parking and parking at the other entrance are hindered by construction and are not designated as ADA compliant parking spaces.… The website states that there is direct access to handicapped/disability parking. If you have mobility issues, this place is wrong for you. If you are young(ish) and relatively healthy you will not see this as an issue. Safety concerns include walking alone at night with a physical disability and the lack of security offered by the hotel. Health concerns include the physical distance from the hotel entrance to the designated parking spaces and the uphill walk to the hotel with luggage. Obviously the management has not considered that this endangers the health and safety of guests with these issues. The hotel staff is unconcerned about the distress and physical toll required for anyone physically challenged. The walk to the hotel from this location is uphill. Handicapped parking spaces are located at the rear of the garage, first level, one block from the hotel entrance. The public parking garage was filled with bar hopping and local shoppers taking the parking spots closest to the hotel.
